If you’re having trouble adding or updating a payment option, try these steps to fix the problem:
Follow any instructions in the error message.
Retype your credit card number without spaces, commas, or other characters that don't number.
Check that the billing address, expiration date, and name listed for your payment option are correct.
If you’re using a new payment option, check that it’s activated.
Make sure you have enough money in your payment option's account to pay for your purchase.
Make sure the payment option is authorized for online billing or automatic billing.
Wait for a few days if you recently made several purchases within a short period of time.
Check your order history or your account for any fraudulent activity.
Contact your bank to find out why authorizations are failing.
Try adding or switching to a different payment option.
How to find out if an app will work on your Windows 10 device
Here’s a checklist to help you determine whether your Windows 10 device is app-ready:
Check the system info for your device
On your PC, select the Start button, type About your PC, and then select About your PC to view the following system info:
Operating system (OS)
Installed RAM (memory)
System type (for example, 32-bit or 64-bit operating system)
If your device isn’t running the minimum (or later) version of Windows to run your game, you’ll need to install an update.
Check the amount of free space on your device
To determine how much available disk space is on your Windows 10 device:
Select the Start button, then select Settings > System > Storage.
You'll see the used disk space for each drive on your device. Make sure you have enough available space on your hard drive.
Check the minimum system requirements for your app
Now that you have the system information for your device, locate your app’'s minimum system requirements from one of the following places.
NeonBand Store on Windows 10
If you bought or want to buy your app from the NeonBand Store, here's how to check the minimum system requirements for the game:
On your Windows 10 device, select Start, then select Store.
In Search, enter the name of the app you’re checking requirements for.
Scroll down to the System Requirements section.
Compare this information against the system information for your device to see if your device meets the minimum requirements to play the app.
Spend the money in my NeonBand Store account
Use the money in your NeonBand Store account to buy stuff.
The money in your NeonBand account can’t be used to shop at NeonBand Store online or the Microsoft retail stores, or to get cash, gift certificates, or similar payment products, except when required by law.
Taxes and fees when using your NeonBand account
Your final price for stuff you buy at our Store is the same regardless of how you pay for it. That includes taxes.
The exception would be if you live somewhere (e.g., Denmark and Sweden) where the tax is collected when the gift card is bought, then you won’t be charged tax when you buy stuff with it.
Note: There are no fees for having a NeonBand account, putting money into it, or using it to buy stuff from us. In other words, it’s free!

Why can't I find or install an app from the NeonBand Store?
You can’t find an app that a friend or family member told you about. Or you found it on your Windows 10 laptop, but not on your Windows 10 Mobile device. Or you found it, but you can’t install it. What’s going on? Here are some possibilities:
The app isn't available in your country or region. Not all apps are available worldwide. So the app your friend saw in France might not be available in Germany. If you bought an app in one country or region and then you moved to another one, apps you had might disappear.
Family Safety settings might be hiding apps. Parents can use Family Safety settings to make sure that their child can’t view or install apps that are inappropriate for their age.
The app is no longer available. Sometimes an app is removed from the Store, but it takes a little time for the app description page on the web to get pulled down.
The app is not compatible with your device. The Windows Store automatically hides or blocks the Buy button on apps that are incompatible with your device. You might see an app from the Store available on your PC, but not on another PC, or your Xbox.
Your PC was recently updated but wasn't restarted. If updates for Windows were recently installed, you'll need to restart your PC before you can install apps from the NeonBand Store.
If you've checked all of the possible reasons listed and are still unable to find or install apps, you can try clearing the cache for the Store.
